Our Approach

Trio Communications has extensive experience across a wide range of industries – from corporate to health and pharmaceutical, housing, tourism, education,  immigration, bioscience and FMCG, to name a few. We are renowned for the high quality of our work, strategic counsel and expertise in media crises and issues.

A boutique consultancy with a number of full-time employees and an office in the Auckland CBD, we believe in delivering value for money to clients and have, therefore, developed an expert team model that ensures clients have the right combination of experience and skills for every project.

We can assure clients they can access a senior consultant at all times. Work is assigned at the appropriate level to maximise budget. In addition, we contract specialist writers and PR consultants to provide additional resource as and when required.  These contractors are bound by a non-disclosure agreement. Work by our consultants and contractors is peer-reviewed.

At Trio, we call ourselves strategic communications consultants because we usually work from an organisation’s Strategic Plan and with the key contact to set SMART communications objectives and key messages that will support its aims.
